On May 8, the 16th eCC took place in St. Wendel – with exciting insights into customer solutions, product innovations and real-life sales processes in the industry. From the first inquiry to 3D configuration and e-commerce: the sales workflow became tangible. In presentations and masterclasses, everything revolved around the digitalization of B2B sales – with a focus on configuration & CPQ, visualization, multi CAD/BIM exports and PIM. Among the more than 80 participants were representatives from Schaeffler, Zimmer Group, R. Stahl, Villeroy & Boch, HAWE, WEG Gear Systems, Häfele and Hörmann.

Ella Blasius is an experienced expert in product management at Villeroy & Boch, a traditional corporation and manufacturer of ceramic goods founded in 1748 and based in Mettlach, Saarland. After starting in 2017, she initially held a position as Product Manager and later as Senior Product Manager. Today, she is Head of Product Management Furniture.
Paul Goletzko is a UX expert with over 15 years of experience in UX/UI conception, brand design and 3D animation for leading industrial companies. Having started out as a UX designer, he is now responsible for and develops innovative, competitive solutions as Head of UX/UI at 4PACE and knows the specific requirements of the B2B sector.

Bernd Doll, master electrical engineer, has been working in product data management at the Zimmer Group since 2020 after holding various positions at ABB Striebel & John and is responsible for interfaces between the ERP system and crossbase and from crossbase via the configuration structure to 3PQ®.
Birthe Lilienthal, mechanical engineer, worked at HIWIN until 2016, first as a development engineer and then as an application developer for product configurators. Since 2024, she has been Project Manager R&D at the Zimmer Group, a leading manufacturer of highly complex components and system solutions in the field of automation.
